General Information, Not a Final Quote

The content on our website, including service descriptions, design ideas, blog articles and indicative starting prices, is shared for general information and inspiration. Every home is different, so final designs, materials, prices and timelines depend on your space, measurements and choices, and are confirmed only in a written quotation.

Project photographs show work we have completed for our clients. Colours and textures may look slightly different on your screen than in real life, and we are always happy to show you actual material samples.

Consultations and Enquiries

Filling in a form, calling or messaging us is a request for assistance and does not by itself confirm a project. By sharing your details, you are happy for us to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. If a site visit or design consultation has a fee, we will always let you know in advance.

Quotations and Project Agreements

A project begins once its scope, design, materials, price, payment schedule and estimated timeline have been shared with you in a written quotation or agreement and accepted by you. If anything in your quotation or agreement differs from these terms, the quotation or agreement will apply.

If you would like to change the approved design, materials or scope after confirmation, we will gladly discuss it with you and confirm any change in price or timeline before going ahead.

Your Part in a Smooth Project

Great interiors are a team effort. To help us deliver your project well, we kindly ask you to:

• Share accurate and complete information about your space and requirements.
• Review drawings, 3D designs and material selections carefully before giving your approval.
• Respond to our questions and approvals within the agreed time, and let us know promptly about any changes.
• Arrange safe access to the site during agreed working hours.
• Obtain any permissions that may be needed from your housing society or building management.

Fees and Payments

Fees, applicable taxes (including GST) and the payment schedule for your project will be set out in the quotation or invoice you accept. A website enquiry on its own does not reserve a price or create any payment obligation.

Refunds, where applicable, depend on the terms of your accepted quotation, the work already completed, and any costs already incurred for custom-made materials, modular units or fittings ordered specifically for your project.

Timelines and Site Conditions

We always work to complete your project within the estimated timeline. Sometimes things outside our control, such as design changes, delayed approvals or payments, site access restrictions, society rules, material availability or weather, may affect the schedule. If this happens, we will keep you informed and work with you on a revised plan.

Materials, Warranty and After-Sales Care

Any warranty on our workmanship will be as mentioned in your quotation or agreement. Materials, hardware, appliances and fittings are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, and we are happy to help you with any claims. Warranties usually do not cover damage from misuse, water leakage or seepage, pests, structural issues, changes made by others, or normal wear and tear.

Third-Party Services and Links

Some products and services may be supplied by manufacturers, vendors or other independent providers. Their systems, policies and decisions are outside our control, although we will always try to help where we can.

Links to external websites are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or policies.

Intellectual Property

The website design, Digital Kolkata Interior name and logo, text, graphics, designs and photographs are owned by or licensed to Digital Kolkata Interior. You are welcome to view and use the website for its intended purpose, but we ask that you do not copy, sell, republish or commercially use its content without our written permission.

Drawings and 3D designs prepared for your project are created for use in that project.

Availability, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep our website useful and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be complete, current or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Kolkata Interior will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising only from using the website, being unable to access it, or relying on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs that arise from unlawful use of the website, a serious breach of these terms, or sharing information or materials that you were not authorised to share, subject to applicable law.
